Maybe you've tried running, but didn't keep it up. Or maybe you used to run and want to get started again. Or maybe you've never run (except for those occasional times when a gym teacher made you). Typically people are divided into three groups — those who hate running, those who love running and those who want to love running. Regardless of which group you fall into, you are here because you want to start running.

At Zosha Training, we take the time to get to know you as a person before we start any training. It is important for us to know some of the following:

 

  • Why do you want to start running?
  • What are your goals for running?
  • Do you have any experience running?
  • Do you have a history of injuries that could affect your running?
  • How often do you plan on running?

 

As a client, it is also important that you get a chance to know us first too.

After an in-person meeting or an introductory phone call and we have agreed that we will work together, we will set up a training plan based on your goals. The training plan can take several forms:

 

  • A customized plan for a set period of time that you follow on your own
  • A customized online plan that is provided on a monthly basis that includes email and phone consultations to provide feedback and answer questions. The online plan will be adjusted according to your feedback
  • A customized plan with in-person coaching on a regular basis
  • Group training (if a group is available at that time)
